Fastest ever non-surgical figure correction

The CoolSculpting fat reduction procedure is specially designed for those who have unwanted fat that resists diet and exercise. Unlike gastric bypass surgery, the CoolSculpting procedure is not a weight loss solution for people who are obese. It is, however, a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical contouring treatment that freezes stubborn fat, which is then naturally eliminated from your body. No needles, no special diet, no supplement and no surgery.

Most importantly, little to no downtime. It’s safe medically-cleared and effective.

PROVEN RESULTS WITHOUT SURGERY Renowned Harvard University scientists, Dieter Manstein, MD and R. Rox Anderson, MD, observed that some children got dimples due to eating popsicles. The idea that cold can selectively affect and eliminate fat cells without damaging the skin or surrounding tissue was the insight behind Cryolipolysis®the proven science on which the CoolSulpting procedure is based. The CoolSculpting procedure is:

Cynosure Yag laser (unwanted hair removal/ fine veins/ leg veins)

Almost everyone can enjoy the benefits of laser hair removal. People with light to medium colored skin and medium to dark colored hair are the best candidates for Laser Hair Removal Those with darker or tanned skin, or light colored hair, are usually more difficult to treat, but can still obtain very desirable results when treated on the appropriate laser and wavelength by a skilled technician.

Laser Hair Removal treats: Unwanted hair removal "A simple equation for a “good” candidate is one who has skin that is lighter than their hair."

Laser hair removal is a non-invasive technique that uses highly concentrated light to penetrate hair follicles. The intense heat of the laser damages the hair follicle to inhibit future hair growth. Laser hair removal is effective for most parts of the body. As laser hair removal only affects actively growing hair follicles, it may take several laser hair removal treatments to provide significant hair reduction. Additionally, while laser hair removal effectively slows hair growth, it doesn’t guarantee permanent hair removal. Periodic maintenance treatments may be needed.

Long Pulse ND: YAG by Cynosure The high powered Nd:YAG laser is capable of treating all skin types but is more effective for the removal of hair from tanned and darker skin. It is also the preferred treatment for the removal of spider veins on the face and legs. Ultherapy is the only non-invasive treatment that can specifically target the deep foundation below the skin – typically addressed in cosmetic surgery – without cutting or disrupting the surface of the skin. It also is the only procedure to use ultrasound imaging, which allows us to actually see the layers of tissue we target during the treatment and ensure the energy is deposited precisely to where it will be most effective.

Ultherapy is an “uplift” not a “face lift”. While it is not a replacement for surgery, it is a viable option for those not ready for a face lift or those looking to prolong the effects of cosmetic surgery.

Ultherapy addresses mild to moderate loose or sagging skin. Specifically, by reconditioning and renewing the skin from within, Ultherapy will lift the brow, which in turn reduces excess skin on the lids, opens up the eyes, and gives a more refreshed look overall.

The CoolSculpting procedure is FDA-cleared for the flank (love handles), abdomen and thigh. With over one million CoolSculpting procedures worldwide, it is proven to be a safe and effective treatment for non-surgical fat reduction.

During the procedure you may experience deep pulling, tugging, pinching, numbness or discomfort. Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging and pain. Rare side effects may also occur. The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. The CoolSculpting procedure is not a treatment for obesity. As with any medical procedure, ask your physician if the CoolSculpting procedure is right for you.

You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after two months. But your body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after treatment.

Botox is best suited for patients who do not want surgery, but desire reduction or elimination of wrinkles in certain areas. These include the forehead, the area between the eyebrows, the lateral eyes (“crow’s feet”), the upper lip, and the top of the nose (“bunny lines’). Botox can also be used to slightly raise the eyebrows and the corners of the mouth. There are no medical contradictions to Botox injections, but patients should not use blood thinning medications around the time of the injections to reduce potential bruising.

A motor nerve tells a muscle to move by releasing a “neurotransmitter”, or chemical that touches the muscle and causes contraction. Botox prevents the release of neurotransmitters, leading to numbness of effected muscles.

Absolutely. Botox is a highly purified toxin that can temporarily erase or reduce horizontal forehead lines, vertical frown lines, and crow's-feet. Botox can also lift the corners of the mouth that sag with age, smooth out the "pin cushion" look in some chins, soften smoker's lines around the mouth, and soften vertical neck cords.

Every drug has side effects, and Botox is no exception. Luckily, they tend to be minor and short-lived. In one to five percent of cases, some patients experience slight bruising.

Dermal Filler fillers are designed to enhance facial features, from targeted superficial filling of wrinkles to deeper facial shaping and contouring, helping you look and feel your best. The Dermal Filler range is designed to complement the varying stages of facial ageing to provide natural-looking results.

Dermal Filler Skinboosters are a fresh approach to skin rejuvenation, designed to deliver hydration and improvements in the quality of the skin. After a course of treatment, you will notice differences in your skin’s texture, surface roughness and glow. Dermal Filler Skinboosters are a versatile range of products and can treat many areas of your face and body including; hands, décolletage and imperfections such as acne scars or sun damage.

One of the great advantages of Dermal filler is that the effects are long lasting but not permanent. Duration depends on many factors, such as the individual’s skin type, skin condition lifestyle and age, and also the area treated.

After the initial treatment, follow-up sessions are normally recommended around every 6 to 12 months depending on the individual and the area treated. It is recommended for a treatment with Dermal filler Skinboosters™ that an initial course of approximately 3 treatments each spaced 4 weeks apart is given for the best aesthetic outcome, with a follow up session required 6 to 12 months afterwards.

A lip enhancement treatment with Dermal filler Lip Volume lasts approximately 6-12 months.

Consult your practitioner for further information based on your individual needs.

A single treatment usually removes greater than 75-100% of an individual brown spot. A second or, on rare occasions, a third treatment, may be needed to completely neutralize the color.

A red or brown spot may appear when the treated sun freckle is gone and the crust heals. Although this new spot is temporary and usually goes away on its own, it can be treated if it persists. Infections and/ scars are rare. Proper skin care and sun avoidance are important.Prior to treatment potential risks and side effects will be discussed with you by your cosmetic coordinator and medical provider.

If the area being treated is the face, make sure to tell the provider if you have a history of cold sores on herpes simplex because laser energy may activate the virus. Be aware that you will have crusts on the treated area for a few days to 2 weeks (if on the legs, it may even be 3-4 weeks). We recommend that you treat these with plain vaseline or petroleum jelly and keep them covered with bandages until they are healed, as this speeds the healing. Although you can use makeup over the treated areas, they may be difficult to cover with makeup. Otherwise no preparation is necessary. You feel a burning sensation on the treated area for several minutes or up to a few hours. The spots become red and form a crust that must be covered to heal optimally. The crust heals in 3 to 14 days, (longer for arms and legs) depending on the location and how well you care for it.

During your breast lift recovery, dressings or bandages will be applied to the incisions after the procedure is completed.

  • You’ll need to wear an elastic bandage or support bra to minimize swelling and support your breasts as they heal.
  • A small, thin tube may be temporarily placed under the skin to drain any excess blood or fluid that may collect.
  • You will be given specific instructions that may include:
  • How to care for your breasts following surgery
  • Medications to apply or take orally to aid healing and reduce the potential for infection
  • Specific concerns to look for at the surgical site or in your general health
  • When to follow up with your plastic surgeon.

The decision to have plastic surgery is extremely personal, and you’ll have to decide if the benefits will achieve your goals and if the risks and potential complications of breast lift surgery are acceptable. You will be asked to sign consent forms to ensure that you fully understand the procedure and any breast lift risks and potential complications

If you feel as if your skin is starting to sag around your jowls, your forehead, and elsewhere on your face, if you look tired when you are not, you may be a candidate for a face lift. A face lift can eliminate or improve deep wrinkles and jowls, but cannot remove fine lines and wrinkles. Other options to consider to refresh the look of your face include laser or chemical peel, which can remove fine lines and wrinkles and skin discolorations.

A face lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure that reduces the signs of aging by tightening the muscles beneath the skin of the neck, tightening the skin itself, and removing excess fat, all of which can provide an overall improvement to the appearance. You will end up looking younger.

Although a face lift cannot make someone in their 50s look like they were 20, it can make you look several years younger

There is no "usual age" for a face lift. It can range anywhere from the 30's to the 80's. However, a face lift can produce better results in those who are more mature or need extensive lifting and tightening or rejuvenation. You should discuss the available options with your surgeon to determine what is best for your individual case.

Before the surgery

In advance of your procedure, your surgeon will ask you to:

  • Stop smoking at least six weeks before undergoing to promote better healing.
  • Avoid taking aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs: Advil, Motrin, Aleve), and vitamins/homeopathic regimens that can increase bleeding.
  • Regardless of the type of surgery to be performed, hydration is very important. Appropriate hydration before and after surgery is critical for safe recovery and optimal outcomes

After the surgery

  • After the surgery you need to rest in bed with your head raised higher than your chest, to reduce bleeding and swelling. Your nose may be congested because of swelling or from the splints placed inside your nose during surgery. In most cases, the internal dressings remain in place for one to seven days after surgery. Your doctor also tapes a splint to your nose for protection and support. It's usually in place for about one week.
  • Slight bleeding and drainage of mucus and old blood are common for a few days after the surgery or after removing the dressing. Your doctor may place a "drip pad" — a small piece of gauze held in place with tape — under your nose to absorb drainage. Change the gauze as directed by your doctor. Don't place the drip pad tight against your nose.

A motor nerve tells a muscle to move by releasing a “neurotransmitter”, or chemical that touches the muscle and causes contraction. Botox prevents the release of neurotransmitters, leading to numbness of effected muscles.

Changes to your nose will be obvious once the nasal splint is removed one week after your surgery, but expect to have swelling and bruising around the nose and eyes. The true and final result of your surgery will come around the one year mark, when all the swelling has gone down.

Generally speaking, rhinoplasty is a safe surgical procedure that yields excellent results for a patient. As with any surgical procedure, there are risks – in this case, bleeding, adverse reaction to the anesthesia and injury to the septum. Patients should avoid any trauma to the area for at least the first three months after this surgery. Appropriate protective measures should be taken when engaged in any contact sports or activities that expose the area to blunt trauma. There is also the slight possibility that you will need additional surgery in the future – plastic surgeons regularly perform revisional rhinoplasty for patients looking for further improvement. The best way to get your questions answered and to mitigate risks is to ensure that your rhinoplasty is performed by a well-trained, experienced plastic surgeon competent in evaluation, judgment and surgical technique.

About Hospitals

At the behest of his father, in 1971, Dr. Reddy left behind a flourishing practice in Boston and returned to India. On his return he found the medical landscape in the country plagued by gaps in infrastructure, delivery and affordability. Things took a turn for the worse when he lost a young patient who just did not have the means to go abroad for treatment. The incident marked a cross road in Dr. Reddy's life and steeled his determination to get quality healthcare to India. He set the blueprint to build India's first multi-specialty private sector hospital.
