A leave application shall be submitted on prescribed format well in advance and should be sanctioned before availing it.When absent from work due to unavoidable circumstances, an employee must make a good faith effort to immediately notify his/her supervisor and also submit leave application to HR.
 
It is noticed that from past couple of weeks employees are taking unplanned leaves but we have not received a single leave application till date .
 
Employees who took leave without submission of leave application ,that period/day will be debited from the salary.
