Terms & Conditions

The contest is open to all.
One child shall be eligible only for one prize. Cost of the registration form is not refundable.
The contest is only for the children up to 42 months of age and the child must fall in the correct category.
Copy of Birth certificate shall be attached along with the entry form for verification.
There are no separate categories for boys and girls. Entry is open to all except employees and immediate families of Dudes & Dolls Management employees and designated photographers.
Dudes & Dolls reserves the right to change the specifics of the contest as desired and as required.
A child registered by the parents for a particular category but found to be falling in other category later will be disqualified from the contest.
Top 20 from each category will be selected solely on the basis of Photographs by a panel of Judges.
The finalists and overall winners will be chosen on the basis of Online Voting and by a Panel of Judges. Both carry equal weightage.
The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
If Dudes & Dolls is unable to contact the winners to claim the prize on the Grand Finale that winner will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the first runner up. No compensation will be payable and a new runner up shall then be judged.
Dudes & Dolls reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and proof of age in order to claim the prize. In case a winner does not provide any suitable proof the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The photos of participating toddlers can be used by Dudes & Dolls for any Newspaper coverage face book website or any other social networking sites without any financial / legal obligation. (This will be in force during the entire event and post event coverage thereafter).
The selected participants from each category must be available for subsequent photo shoots if required.
The contestant will be judged on the photographs taken by the professional photographer appointed by Dudes & Dolls only.
A fix date and a time slot will be given to each contestant and the request for change of date & timings of the photo shoot will not be entertained.
Copy right Trade Mark any other intellectual property related to contest participant process photographer shall be the sole property of Dudes & Dolls.
The Parent / Guardian of the participating child shall abide by all the terms & conditions of the contest.
Dudes & Dolls shall not be liable for any loss damage or injury caused what so ever suffered during the course of contest photo shoot visit of the school etc. 20) Dudes & Dolls does not owe any legal liability however if any dispute arising the courts in Faridabad only will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Q1. What does the winner get?

Title Winner:

Wins the title "Star Toddler of the Year 2018"
A prize of Rs. 75,000/-

Category Winners:

Wins the title "Category Winner"
A Prize of Rs. 25,000/- each.

Q2. How can my child register for participation?

You may register your child through Dudes & Dolls' website, Facebook Page, or at the school campus.
You will be allotted a date & time of the photo shoot organized at Dudes & Dolls School Campus, between 22^nd November to 1^st December 2018.

Q3. Where and when will the photo shoot take place?

It will take place at Dudes & Dolls school campus in sector 48 Faridabad

Dates: 22^nd November 2018 to 01^st December 2018
Timings: It starts at 9:00 am and will go as per the schedule.
You will be allotted a date & a time slot for the photo shoot through email or message
Once the date and time is received by the contestants/guardians, the guardian shall acknowledge and confirm the same through "Yes" or "No" with the name of the child and guardian on the same day. Failing which the photo shoot shall be canceled.

Q4. What is the Registration Fee?

The Registration Fee is Rs. 500/- and is non-refundable

Contest Specifics / Details

There are four categories for different age groups
The contest is for the title 'Star Toddler of the Year 2018' and the winner could be from any of the categories.
Apart from one "Title Winner" and three "Category Winners", there are three special "Judges Choice" awards as well.

Stages of the Contest

STAGE – 1

All the registered contestants are called for 'Photoshoot' at Dudes & Dolls School Campus in Faridabad.
Top 20 from each category are selected for the next stage.
The selection is solely on the basis of 'photograph' selected by a panel of judges.

STAGE – 2

The final top 20 photographs from each category (total 80) are put on the Facebook page of Dudes & Dolls for online voting by the public in general for selection of Category Winners.
The finalists and overall winners will be chosen on the basis of 'Online Voting' and by a 'Panel of Judges'. Both would carry equal weightage.

STAGE – 3

Out of the 4 Category Winners, one 'Star Toddler of the Year 2018' would be selected and rest of the 3 would be declared as "Category Winners".

Each participant will receive a Photo Shoot CD along with one framed photograph.
