It is essential that our engineering team, management team and the client are all aware of the progress and the quality of work executed at the project site. This is enabled by our Reporting structure placed at every project and at every job. Our Audit Team Ensures that all the quality parameters and delivery timelines are adhered to.
We appoint a Client Relationship Manager to every project. This enables the client to direct all his queries and assign tasks to one point of contact and then it becomes the responsibility of the Relationship manager to resolve the queries and complete the tasks by engaging either the Project Incharge or the engineering team or the purchase team.
